Enrollment Terms
Students will receive training in the subjects outlined in the
promotional literature. Completion of the course does not guarantee employment,
nor are graduates required to work for the Company. If for any reason the
student is not satisfied, he/she may withdraw prior to completing 25% of the
course and receive a full refund of the tuition paid, less a registration fee of
$25. If cancellation occurs after completion of 25%, but before 50% of the
course, the student's obligation is 50% of the tuition and a $25 registration
fee. If cancellation occurs after completion of 50%, but before 75% of the
course, the student's obligation is 75% of the tuition and a $25 registration
fee. If cancellation occurs after completion of 75% of the course, the student's
obligation is 100% of the tuition and fees. (Cancellation shall be considered to
have occurred no later than seven calendar days after the last access date). The
registration fee of $25 is non-refundable after the first lesson is completed.
Any books and materials purchased for the class are non-refundable. I have read
and understand the cancellation and refund policy as stated above. The address
below is to be used in all correspondence. Please enroll me in the Income Tax
Course I've indicated above. I understand this agreement becomes a legally
binding instrument upon registration of the course.
