Assistance - We are available year-round to answer any tax  or business questions you may have. Should your tax return be audited, we will help you prepare, as well as go with you to the I.R.S as your advisor (but not as your legal representative).

Accuracy - Our policy is to double-check every tax return. However, if we make an error that is not corrected, we will reimburse you for any penalties or actual interest damages you incur. You will still be responsible for any additional taxes that would have been due had the error not been made.

Satisfaction - If you are not completely satisfied with the business services or tax returns we prepare and you choose neither to file them nor allow us to redo them you are not obligated to pay us.  You may request that your file be cancelled and no fees will be assessed to you.
