For more than 15 years, he has earned a reputation for providing skilled and practical guidance as a business consultant and tax specialist, and nationally recognized authority on taxation, business development, and entrepreneurship.   His focus is management foundations of entertainment companies, and the dynamics of the “business side” of the Music business.

Dwight has traveled throughout the US as a Senior Business Analyst for a major consulting firm, specializing in businesses with yearly profits of 1-5 million; meeting the business development and planning needs of closely-held business owners and professional organizations.  In that role he worked with business owners to develop effective financial, management, and operational systems.

Dwight co-founded his own record label, Exodus Records. Exodus Records has some of the most important contemporary young recording artist and songwriters on its global roster.  For several years he also worked as a mortgage loan consultant with a major international bank. Long active in community affairs, he has spoken throughout the United States on a variety of tax, business and other financial planning topics. 

Dwight graduated from Georgia State University in 1993 with a B.S. in Public and Urban Administration, and holds a Juris Doctorate (Law Degree) from Georgia State University School of Law.  He is a former Army Reservist, and a former police officer.  Dwight is also an avid golf enthusiast.
